Early Life and Career

Alexander Volkov was born in Moscow, Russia, and graduated from the Studio at the Central Children's Theater in 1961. He began his acting career as a member of the Central Children's Theater from 1961 to 1963. From 1963 to 1967, he performed with the Moscow Theater named after the Lenin Komsomol. In 1967, he joined the Moscow Drama Theater on Malaya Bronnaya, where he remained a prominent actor.
