Geoffrey Probst
Early Life and Career
Jeffrey Probst began his journey in the appliance repair industry at the young age of 14, assisting his family and friends at Northland Appliance Co. By 15, he joined an air conditioning installation company, gaining valuable experience during summer breaks. At 16, he enrolled in a technical school, excelling in electrical studies. Notably, he passed the marine electrical exam, a difficult test that only two students in his class managed to pass.
Professional Growth
In 1975, Probst graduated near the top of his class and secured employment as an appliance repair technician. By 1976, he had ventured into the HVAC business. In 1978, Whirlpool recognized his potential and offered him a corporate training program, where he gained expertise in refrigeration. By 1980, Probst had earned certifications in appliance repair, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC.
AAA Home Services
In 1982, Probst became the owner of AAA Home Services, a company established in 1970. Since its acquisition, he has dedicated himself to its growth and success. AAA Home Services has consistently been recognized as a leading appliance repair provider in the St. Louis and St. Charles areas of Missouri.
