Biography of Georgina Leonidas

Georgina Leonidas, born on 28th February 1990, is a British actress known for her role as Miss Molly in the comedy show remake "The Basil Brush Show". She comes from a family of actors, with her brother Shane (real name Dmitry) and older sister Stephanie also pursuing careers in acting. She also has a second sister, Helen.

Career Highlights

Georgina appeared in every episode of "The Basil Brush Show" from the first to the fourth season, and made occasional appearances in the fifth season. In 1995 and 1996, she played the role of young Cosette in the musical "Les Misérables" on the London stage. Additionally, she portrayed Ali Jarvis in the 2007 episode "Stargazer" of the TV series "Holby City".

On 19th December 2007, Georgina Leonidas was officially confirmed for the role of Katie Bell in the sixth installment of the Harry Potter film series, "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". She played a fellow student and Quidditch teammate of Harry's who comes into contact with a cursed necklace intended for Hogwarts Headmaster Dumbledore. She also appeared alongside another Harry Potter cast member, Isabella Laughland (who played Katie Bell's friend Leanne), in the film "Driftwood".

She is also set to be the lead character in the upcoming film "Baghdad Express".
