Early Life and Education
The Belarusian statesman completed his education at the Belarusian Agricultural Academy, earning a degree in land management.
Career in Land Management
After graduating, he embarked on a career as a land management engineer, including a stint with a soil and environmental expedition in Libya. From 1991 to 1995, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Land Reform and Land Management under the Council of Ministers.
Rising through the Ranks
In 1995, he was appointed Chairman of the Committee for Land Resources within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, a position he held until 1997. Subsequently, he became Chairman of the State Committee for Land Resources, Geodesy, and Cartography of the Republic of Belarus from 1997 to 2006. In 2001, the committee was reorganized into the Committee for Land Resources, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
Leadership in Property Management
In May 2006, he ascended to the position of Chairman of the Belarusian State Committee for Property, where he continues to lead the country's property management policies.
