Trissino's formative years were marked by his pursuit of classical knowledge. He studied Greek under the tutelage of Constantine Lascaris in Milan and delved into mathematics at the University of Padua under the guidance of Giovanni Marliani.

Academic Career

Trissino held the prestigious position of professor of classical languages, philosophy, and literature at the University of Pavia from 1466 to 1485. Subsequently, he relocated to Venice, where he continued his teaching career as a professor of Latin and classical literature.

Contributions to the Renaissance
