Early Life and Education
Born in 1974 in Balkanabat city of Balkan velayat, Turkmenistan, the historical figure in question embarked on an educational journey at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, graduating in 1995 as a historian and history teacher. She holds a doctorate in historical sciences.
Academic Career
From 1997 to 2009, she served as a lecturer in the Department of Philosophy and Sociology at her alma mater. Her academic pursuits included teaching and eventually heading the Department of World History. From 2009 to 2014, she assumed the role of Acting Director and subsequently Director of the Institute of History at the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
Leadership in Education
Her administrative experience widened when she became the Rector of the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after Seyitnazar Seydi from 2014 to 2016. In 2016-2017, she held the position of Deputy Mayor of Ashgabat, overseeing education, culture, healthcare, and sports.
Ministerial Appointment
On 25 February 2017, she was appointed as the Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan, a post she held until 15 May 2017.

During her esteemed career, she was awarded the prestigious "Magtymguly Pyragy" medal.
