Oscar Edwin Bauer was an American wrestler who competed at the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis, Missouri. He took home the silver medal in the lightweight (52.2 kg) category.
Olympic Performance
At the 1904 Olympic Games, Bauer participated solely in the lightweight division. He advanced to the final round after defeating William Nelson in the semifinals. However, in the championship match, he fell to George Mehnert and was awarded the silver medal.
