Biography of Harry Lorayne
Harry Lorayne, a renowned specialist in memory training and an illusionist, was born in 1926. Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to studying the unexplored abilities of the human brain. In 1957, Lorayne released his first book, "How to Develop a Super Power Memory," which provided lessons on developing one's own memory.

Although Lorayne was familiar with many magicians and illusionists and had a passion for card tricks, he became best known as an experienced specialist in the development of human thinking and memory skills. His book, "The Memory Book," published in 1975, became a bestseller and remained at the top of the New York Times' bestselling list for forty-eight weeks. Several other books written by Lorayne, such as "The Magic Book" (1977), "How to Remember Names and Faces" (1985), and "How to Improve Your Memory" (1987), also became bestsellers.
Lorayne made numerous appearances on various television shows, including The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. He traveled the world giving lectures, and his learning and memorization techniques were adopted by globally recognized companies such as Exxon, Phillips, Xerox, Boeing, and many others for training their employees.
Lorayne's mastery of his own science reached incredible heights. Prior to his lectures, he would ask each attendee to introduce themselves, and then he would deliver a one and a half-hour lecture. Afterward, he could easily recall the name of every attendee, sometimes totaling up to two thousand people. His memory was truly unique – he once accurately reproduced an entire telephone directory.
Lorayne collaborated with many famous publications, including Reader's Digest, Cosmopolitan, Ladies Home Journal, Christian Science Monitor, Gentleman's Quarterly, Fortune, Nations Business, World Report, and many others. He also created, authored, and published his own magazine, Apocalyps.
In 2007, Lorayne released another popular book titled "Ageless Memory: Simple Secrets For Keeping Your Brain Young," further cementing his popularity among his readers and fans.
