Early Life and Education
Born in the NKR, this individual embarked on their higher education journey at the Artsakh State University in Stepanakert, graduating in 2017 with a degree in Political Science.
Military Service
From 2010 to 2012, they dedicatedly served in the Artsakh Defense Army, fulfilling their military obligation to their country.
Student and Youth Leadership
During their university days, from 2013 to 2015, they held the prestigious position of Chairperson of the Student Council of Artsakh State University. Furthermore, from 2014 to 2017, they served as Chairperson of the youth wing of the Artsakh Warriors' Union, "Hayreniats Pastpan."
Governmental Roles
On June 5, 2017, they were appointed as an Assistant to the Head of the NKR Presidential Administration. Later, on September 26, 2017, they were further entrusted with the responsibility of heading the Shahumyan District Administration, demonstrating their administrative capabilities.
Personal Life
In 2016, they entered a marital union with Sonia Armenovna Mnatsakanyan, and the couple is blessed with a daughter named Ariane.
