Gера is an Icelandic singer who has performed in a variety of musical genres, including classical, jazz, pop, rock, and RnB. Her debut album, "lmur af Jolum," was released in November 2000.

Eurovision 2010

In 2010, Gera represented Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo with the song "Je Ne Sais Quoi." She placed 3rd in the first semi-final, receiving 123 points. The highest scores for her performance came from Belgium (12 points), Malta, Moldova, and Poland (all 10 points), as well as Russia, Greece, and Albania (all 8 points). However, in the final, Gera received only 41 points and placed 19th, with Belgium once again awarding her 12 points.
