American actress Hilary Burton was born on July 1, 1982, in Sterling, Virginia, USA. She is the only daughter among four children, with her brothers Billy, Conrad, and Johnny.
Education
Hilary attended Park View High School in Loudoun County, Virginia. She was crowned the Queen of the Prom and also participated in the school's cheerleading squad and served as the president of the student council. After high school, Hilary attended New York University and Fordham University.
Career
After moving to New York, Hilary enrolled in an acting school and received an invitation to work on a project that made her famous. She became a host on MTV's show 'Total Request Live', where she interacted with many celebrities including Britney Spears and Angelina Jolie.
Currently, Hilary Burton resides in Wilmington, North Carolina. She is involved in the TV series 'One Tree Hill', playing the role of Peyton Sawyer, one of the main characters.
