Hitoshi Bifu is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo Prefecture. His first major recognition came in the Animage magazine's 1984 Grand Prix, where he ranked 9th for Best Male Role in anime. He continued to receive accolades in subsequent years, placing 10th in 1985 and 18th in 1986.

Soukou Kihei Votoms (1983-1988):

Bifu gained prominence for his role as Chirico Cuvie in the "Soukou Kihei Votoms" anime franchise.
