Education and Early Career

Mikhail graduated from Moscow State University (MSU) named after M.V. Lomonosov in 2010 with a degree in "Anti-Crisis Management." In 2013, he completed his postgraduate studies at the MGIMO International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy and defended his dissertation for a Ph.D. in Economics.

Academic and Research Career

Mikhail is currently an Associate Professor at the Transneft Joint Department and the Department of Innovation Management at MGIMO. He is an active lecturer for diplomats and conducts public seminars for civil servants. He has played a significant role in research projects for leading oil and gas companies globally. As a young scientist, he has repeatedly been recognized as a winner in the MGIMO competition for outstanding researchers. Notably, he presents as a speaker at key international and Russian forums in the oil and gas sector. Mikhail also provides expert consultations to industry ministries and companies.

Recognition and Achievements

In recognition of his contributions to education and service, Mikhail has been awarded the Gratitude of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. His accomplishments were further underscored when he became a finalist in the "Leaders of Russia" competition for executives in 2020.

Mikhail serves as a member of the Expert Council of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development, and Entrepreneurship.
