Early Life and Education
Anatoliy Bondaренко was born into a working-class family in Mukachevo, Ukraine. He completed his primary education at School No. 13 in Evpatoria and later graduated from the Simferopol Higher Military-Political Construction School in 1986. Bondaренко further pursued his education, obtaining a degree from the National Academy of State Administration under the President of Ukraine in 2005 and the National Academy of Internal Affairs in 2012. He completed his doctoral studies in Public Administration in 2010.
Military Career
Following his graduation from military school, Bondaренко served in military units in Mukachevo from August 1986 to December 1988 and from January 1989 to August 1992. He held officer positions during this period. Due to military downsizing, Bondaренко resigned from military service in 1992.
Political and Administrative Roles
Bondaренко's involvement in politics began in 2007 when he ran as a candidate for the Verkhovna Rada with the electoral bloc of Lyudmyla Suprun. In 2019, he was appointed Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, a position he held from July 5 to December 26, 2019. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Mukachevo District State Administration from 2002 to 2003, as well as Assistant-Consultant to Ukrainian Member of Parliament Mykola Onyshchuk.
Professional Experience
In addition to his political and administrative roles, Bondaренко also worked in the private sector as the owner of the confectionery company "Bondaренко." From 2008 to 2010, he held the position of Director of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
