Biography of Igor Lubchenko
Igor Lubchenko, the Chairman of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine (NSJU), has been a member of the Union since its inception. He is a distinguished journalist in Ukraine and served as the head of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine from 1997 to 2012. Lubchenko graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Career
Throughout his career, Lubchenko held various positions in different newspapers and organizations. He worked as the responsible secretary of the newspaper "Put Ilyicha" in Shakhtarsk, Donetsk Oblast, and also served as the head of the department in the newspaper "Leninskaya Smena" in Kharkiv. Additionally, he was an instructor at the Central Committee of the Leninist Young Communist League of Ukraine (LKSMU) and held positions such as department head, deputy editor-in-chief of "Komsomolskoye Znamya," and editor-in-chief of "Molodizh Ukrainy" and "Obrazovanie."
