Menzer turned professional on March 30, 2004, with a technical knockout (TKO) victory over Zsanett Erod of Hungary. She continued her winning streak with TKO victories in the first round against Laura Stefanescu of Romania and Petra Jachmanova of Slovakia later that year.
WIBF Intercontinental Title and Successful Defenses
On September 10, 2005, Menzer captured the WIBF Intercontinental Super Featherweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Damaris Muthoni of Kenya. She successfully defended her title twice: by TKO against Galina Giumliiska of Bulgaria in the sixth round, and by knockout (KO) against Kasha Chamblin of the United States in the eighth round.
