A British Girl with a Rare Heart Condition
Isabelle's Extraordinary HeartAt only five years old, Isabelle Tipper faces a life-threatening condition with a combination of four heart defects. Any emotional distress can trigger a drop in her oxygen levels, resulting in dangerously low blood pressure.
A Botched Surgery and a Near-Death Experience
At six months old, Isabelle underwent an unsuccessful open-heart surgery. The procedure prompted a near-death experience in 2015 when she became distressed.
A Community of Support
Isabelle's mother, Kimberley, and her fiancé, Ian Sallett, sought help from strangers. They requested birthday cards to maintain Isabelle's positivity, and over 2,000 cards brought joy to the little girl.
A Christmas Wish
As Isabelle's condition worsened, Kimberley and Ian decided to request Christmas cards. The surprise lifted Isabelle's spirits, and they hope that it will have a similar impact this holiday season.

Kimberley urges people to send Isabelle Christmas cards to help boost her morale. "She loves opening the post and listening to the messages from the cards," Kimberley says. "She has no idea that I am sharing this, just as she didn't with her birthday, so let's make it another lovely surprise for her."
