Early Life and Education
Born on January 15, 1952, in Tbilisi, the architect completed his studies in 1975 at the Georgian Polytechnic Institute in Tbilisi.
Professional Career
Military and Public ServiceFrom 1975, the architect worked at "293 Voenproject" in Tbilisi and later joined the Construction and Maintenance Department of the Abkhazian Regional Council of Trade Unions in Sukhumi. In 1993, he became a member of the Russian Union of Architects.
Norilsk and Samara
In the 1980s, the architect moved to Norilsk to work for the "Norilskproject" institute. After relocating to Samara in 1993, he joined "347 Voenproject."
