After graduating from a vocational school, Ganchev began his career in the construction industry in 1948 as a carpenter for the "Zaporozstroy" trust. His exceptional skills and dedication were quickly recognized, leading to his transfer to "Krivorizhstroy" as a skilled worker.

Rise to Prominence

In 1962, Ganchev's career took a pivotal turn when he joined the "Marganetsrudstroy" trust as a foreman of masonry installers. His innovative approach to construction, combined with his unwavering determination, propelled him to the forefront of the industry.
