Biographical Information of an Ukrainian Agricultural Entrepreneur
Early Life and EducationMikhailo Lisovyi was born on July 26, 1940, in the Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine to Mikhail Ivanovich and Polina Lukyanovna. His father tragically passed away during the war. After completing his schooling, he pursued vocational training as a tractor operator.
Career
Upon completing his military service, Lisovyi embarked on a multifaceted career within the agricultural sector. At the "First May" collective farm, he held various positions, including electrician, brigade leader, agronomist, and deputy chairman.
Leadership at "Luch"
At the time of receiving his prestigious award, Lisovyi served as General Director of the private agro-industrial leasing enterprise "Luch" in Kobozovka, Krasnograd district of Kharkiv Oblast. He dedicated himself to the development and efficiency of the agricultural complex.
Public Service
Lisovyi was also an active participant in public affairs, serving as a deputy in the Kharkiv Oblast Council for the Krasnograd district during its fourth session.
Legacy
Mikhailo Lisovyi's contributions to the agricultural industry were recognized with the prestigious title of Hero of Ukraine. He passed away on May 1, 2013, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and innovation.
