Early Life and Career

Born in 1955, the former Chairman of the State Road Service of Ukraine began his professional life as the Director of the "Garant" enterprise within the Lviv Society of the Deaf. Subsequently, he joined the State Administration of Railway Transport, known as "Ukrzaliznytsia."

Rise in the Transportation Sector

On December 24-27, 2003, he held the position of Deputy General Director of Ukrzaliznytsia. From December 27, 2003, to February 22, 2005, he served as the General Director of the State Road Service of Ukraine.

Return to Ukrzaliznytsia

On June 16, 2005, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed him Deputy General Director of Ukrzaliznytsia once more.

Honors and Recognition

Hero of Ukraine (2004): For outstanding contributions to the development of Ukraine's road network, including the construction and operation of the "Kyiv-Odesa" highway.

Order of Merit III (June 2003)
