Jack Noseworthy, Jr. was born in 1969 in Lynn, Massachusetts. At the age of seventeen, Jack left school and home and embarked on a journey across the country, joining the national tour of the group 'Cats'. Upon arriving in New York City, he began working in theater, participating in dance ensembles, playing small roles, and dreaming of a successful acting career.

Early Career
Jack Noseworthy also appeared in music videos, including one for Jon Bon Jovi. In 1990, he moved to Los Angeles with the goal of working in film and television. His first on-screen appearance was in the television series 'Law & Order'. Unlike many young actors who often struggle with small television roles while waiting for Hollywood producers to notice their talent, Jack had a stroke of luck. In 1992, he landed a role in the television movie 'Mrs. Cage' directed by Robert Allan Ackerman. Later that same year, he had a small role in the comedy film 'Encino Man' directed by Les Mayfield.
