About Jacques Der Megreditchian

Education

Jacques Der Megreditchian completed his education in two business schools in Paris: the European Business Institute in 1984 and the French Center for Financial Analysis (CFAF) in 1987.

Early Career

Der Megreditchian's career began in 1985 as an equity research analyst. He worked in various roles at the Paris branch of CCF from 1986 to 1999, including treasury trader, interest rate trader, and head of primary market trading (France) and equity trading (North American and European markets).

Credit Commercial de France (CCF)

From 1991 to 1993, Der Megreditchian served as deputy general manager of CCF's Brussels branch, overseeing fixed income trading. From 1993 to 1996, he became the chief representative of CCF in Russia and the chief advisor on privatization in Russia. He was also the head of the Framlington Russian Investment Fund, an open-ended investment fund in Luxembourg.

Troika Dialog

Der Megreditchian joined Troika Dialog in June 2000. In July 2009, he was appointed Chief Business Officer (CBO), overseeing Global Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Venture Capital, Strategic Projects, Contact Center, CRM, and Marketing.

External Roles

Since 2004, Der Megreditchian has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RTS Stock Exchange. He became a board member of the National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR) in 2006.
