Early Career

Yaroslav Godzyur is a Ukrainian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for FC Ural in the Russian Premier League. He began his career in the Ukrainian Second League with FC Chornomorets Ivano-Frankivsk from 2002 to 2004.

Brief Stints with Krylia Sovetov and Dynamo Kyiv

In 2006, Godzyur moved to FC Krylia Sovetov Samara in Russia. However, he spent his time with the club's reserve team, failing to make any appearances for the first team. In January 2008, he had a trial with FC Dynamo Kyiv and briefly played for their second team, Dynamo-2 Kyiv.

Arrival at Terek Grozny

In June 2008, Godzyur joined FC Terek Grozny on trial. He was officially added to their squad in July and made his debut in August 2008 against FC Spartak-Nalchik. Despite the team's victory, Godzyur faced strong competition and remained primarily with the youth team.
