Biography of Jason Orange

Jason Thomas Orange was born on July 10, 1970, in Wythenshawe, Manchester, England. He is an English singer, songwriter, dancer, and actor, best known as a member of the boy band "Take That".

Early Career

Jason first gained fame as a breakdancer, being part of the Manchester dance crews "Street Machine" and "Broken Glass". These crews performed on the popular English TV show "The Hitman and Her". In the late 80s and early 90s, he ventured into singing and became a member of the group "Street Beat", known for playing breakbeat in clubs and discotheques.

Take That Era

In 1990, Jason Orange started his career as a vocalist for the group "Take That", created as the English response to the American boy band "New Kids on the Block". The band achieved tremendous success, but in February 1996, after Robbie Williams left the group, "Take That" disbanded.

Education and Solo Endeavors

Following the breakup of "Take That", Jason decided to pursue his education. He moved to the United States and enrolled in South Trafford College, where he studied biology, history, psychology, and sociology. Meanwhile, he continued his career in the entertainment industry, participating in various projects with renowned showmen such as DJ Brent Moyer (1998), Paul Bettany, and Jim Kenworth (1999).

Take That Reunion and Solo Performances

The revival of "Take That" is considered to have taken place on November 27, 2000, with the release of their new album, "Beautiful World". While Jason's role in the group had always been focused on dancing, he took on the role of lead vocalist in the track "Wooden Boat". He also performed several songs live during the "Beautiful World" tour, where he showcased his guitar skills, which he had developed since 1996 during the recording of the famous track "Babe". In the band's subsequent album, titled "The Circus" and released on December 1, 2008, Jason had a solo performance in the song "How did it come to this".

Personal Life

Jason Orange leads a unique lifestyle. For the past four years, he has abstained from alcohol and follows a healthy organic diet. He has also managed to overcome a long-standing injury to his Achilles tendon. While Jason's parents practice the Mormon religion, he has distanced himself from their beliefs since his youth. However, he still believes in God. Jason Orange is currently unmarried and does not have children.
