Growing up, Sullivan sang in a children's church choir and later performed alongside her mother, who was a former renowned singer. At the age of 11, Sullivan had the opportunity to participate in a singing contest held by McDonald's in major cities. She impressed the audience with her rendition of the song "Accept What God Allows," which marked a significant moment in her musical journey. By the age of 13, she had the honor of performing with Stevie Wonder at his grandson's birthday party.
