Early Life and Military Service

Jeffrey Beach was born in 1972 in the small American town of Silver Creek. In 1990, he graduated from high school and was drafted into the United States Army. For eight years, he served his country as a combat engineer, seeing action in hotspots throughout the Middle East and Europe. In 1998, he was honorably discharged and returned to civilian life.

Industrial Management and Career at BOC Gases

After his military service, Beach enrolled at the University of Tennessee and earned a degree in Industrial Management. In 1998, he joined BOC Gases in Chattanooga, a company specializing in the transportation of compressed gas cylinders. He worked tirelessly, often from dawn till dusk, while pursuing his education. By 2000, he had been promoted to Production Manager of the company's Nashville plant.

Leadership and Technological Expertise

In his role at BOC Gases, Beach demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a keen ability to innovate. He spearheaded the replacement of the company's computer and software systems in 2001. Over several years, he traveled extensively to establish operational links between the company's plants across the United States, training personnel and implementing best practices. In 2002, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to assume a permanent position with the company.

Entrepreneurial Journey and Tri North Lighting

In 2003, BOC Gases was acquired by Airgas, Inc. Beach chose to leave the newly formed company and pursue his career as an analyst. In 2004, he worked with a friend's company installing lighting systems in Atlanta. In December 2004, he relocated to New York City and founded Tri North Lighting, a successful lighting and design company.

Current and Future Endeavors

Today, Tri North Lighting continues to thrive. Beach's plans include expanding the company's corporate headquarters and showroom in western New York. He remains committed to innovation and growth, ensuring the continued success of his entrepreneurial venture.
