Biography of Jennifer Abel
Jennifer Abel is a Canadian athlete and a specialist in synchronized diving. She was born on August 23, 1991, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Abel is of Haitian descent and proudly represents her heritage in her athletic pursuits.

Early Career
Abel made her Olympic debut at the young age of 16 in 2008. Although she did not win a medal at her first Olympics, Abel's performance alongside her partner, Émilie Heymans, in the Grand Prix series proved their exceptional teamwork and talent. Abel learned a great deal from her more experienced partner and continued to train and compete together.
Commonwealth Games Champion
In 2010, Abel achieved great success at the Commonwealth Games, winning gold medals in both the one-meter springboard and the synchronized three-meter springboard events. Her partnership with Heymans proved to be fruitful once again, and Abel also won a silver medal in the individual three-meter springboard competition.
