Jesse McCartney, an American actor and singer, was born on April 9, 1987, in New York. He spent his childhood and teenage years in Ardsley, where he completed his schooling. McCartney began his acting career on the theater stage, participating in several Broadway musicals. In 1994, he acted in the production of "Oliver," followed by a small role in "The King and I" in 1995. In 2002, he showcased his acting talents in the musical "Salute to Broadway."
