Joe Dempsie, an English actor, is best known for his role as Chris Miles in the television series "Skins." He was born in Liverpool and received his initial acting training at the Central Junior Television Workshop in Nottingham. Dempsie also attended school in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire.
