Biography of Joey Fatone
Joey Fatone, an actor and musician, is a frequent guest on various TV shows and sitcoms. He has appeared as himself in over twenty shows and series, with his most notable appearance being in 'Robot Chicken'. Joseph Anthony 'Joey' Fatone, Jr. was born in 1977 in Brooklyn, New York, into an Italian-American family. He grew up with two older siblings, Janine and Steven. When Joey turned 13, the family moved to Florida, where he attended Dr. Phillips High School. Before the world recognized Joey as a member of the incredibly successful music group 'N Sync, he worked at Universal Studios in Orlando. In the early 1990s, Joey began making small appearances in TV projects. In 1992, he had a brief appearance in Joe Dante's film 'Matinee', although his name was not credited. Among his other early works in film include the TV series 'Touched by an Angel' and TV movies such as 'ABC 2000: The Millennium', 'The Way the Ball Bounces', and 'The Miss Teen USA Pageant'. In 1995, Fatone joined the newly formed group 'N Sync', whose success exceeded all expectations. In 1997, the musicians signed their first contract with RCA Records, and in 1998, after returning from a European tour, the group began their slow but steady 'conquest of America'. After the initial wave of success, the members of the group pursued solo projects and production activities while remaining together officially. Fatone, on the other hand, became more involved in television. In 2001, Joey's name became even more well-known to the public thanks to Eric Bross's family drama 'On the Line', in which he played the lead role. In 2003, Joey appeared in Wayne Kramer's romantic drama 'The Cooler', starring Alec Baldwin, and in 2004, he appeared in Randal Kleiser's family musical film 'Red Riding Hood'. In 2006, he could be seen in Mike Cerrone's comedy 'Homie Spumoni'. Joey Fatone is a frequent guest on various TV shows and sitcoms, playing himself in more than two dozen shows and series. His most notable appearances include 'Robot Chicken'. In addition to his work in film, television, and music, Joey Fatone has also appeared on Broadway. In the controversial musical 'Rent' (2002), he played the role of Mark Cohen. Since 2004, Joey Fatone has been married to Kelly Baldwin. Although their daughter Briahna was born in 2001 when they were still unofficially together, she was named after Joey's friend and fellow 'N Sync member, Lance Bass, who became her godfather. In 2007, Joey Fatone participated in the popular American TV show 'Dancing with the Stars', where he and his partner reached the final (although they did not win).
