Biography of Jorja Fox
Jorja-An Fox was born in 1968 in New York City, to a Franco-Canadian family. Her family later moved to Florida, where Jorja attended high school. During this time, she began working under contract with a modeling agency in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Her modeling career was successful, and she had the opportunity to work with many famous European fashion houses.

However, Jorja's childhood was troubled by constant insecurities about her appearance. She struggled with her weight and had crooked teeth with a gap. When she realized that braces would not fix her insecurities, Jorja simply told herself, "Forget it!" Surprisingly, these insecurities did not hinder her beauty or her career.

After graduating from high school, Jorja decided to continue her education and enrolled at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute to study acting. She made her film debut in the drama "The Kill-Off" in 1989. In the same period, Jorja also appeared in several television shows, including "Law & Order" and "ABC Afterschool Specials."

Jorja gained widespread recognition for her role as Sara Sidle in the television series "C.S.I.: Crime Scene Investigation." She joined the show in 2000 and remained with it for a significant period. However, she left the series due to contract disputes over her salary.

Throughout her career, Jorja has appeared in various successful television projects, including "Ellen," "ER," and "The West Wing." In 1995, she had a small role in the crime comedy "The Jerky Boys" and a more significant role in the television horror "House of Frankenstein" in 1997. She also starred in the science fiction action film "Velocity Trap" in 1997, portraying one of the main characters in a vast interplanetary empire.
In 2000, Jorja played the role of Leonard's deceased wife in the detective thriller "Memento." She also appeared in the documentary film "Your Mommy Kills Animals" in 2007. In 2008, she made a guest appearance in the ninth season of "C.S.I.: Crime Scene Investigation." Her most recent acting role is as Marianne in the television series "Drop Dead Diva," which premiered in 2009.
Apart from her acting career, Jorja is a co-founder of the independent theater company "Honeypot Productions" in Los Angeles. She is also involved in animal rights activism and is a member of the organization "PETA." In 2003, she was named one of the "Sexiest Women" by "Stuff Magazine" and holds the title of "Sexiest Vegetarian."
Jorja Fox is a multi-talented artist who not only acts but also sings, plays the guitar (although she admits to being terrible at it), and even owns a drum set. Some of her songs have gained popularity and have been featured in films.
