His passion for the craft grew when he joined the "Rainbow Company," a youth theater education program sponsored by the City of Las Vegas. After graduating from Bonanza High School and the Rainbow Company in 1983, Joe sought greener pastures in California. While continuing his education, he reconnected with the Rainbow Company, where he spent the next decade directing, acting, and contributing to countless productions.

He joined the studio as a director and actor, notably portraying the iconic character Kane in the Command & Conquer series.
