Karl Renz, the enlightened teacher of non-duality, was born in 1953 in a peasant family in Germany. He received an education in agriculture and later pursued his passion for art. Since 1980, he has been living in Berlin and the Canary Islands, devoting himself to music and painting.

Karl Renz

A Journey to Self-Realization

In the late 1970s, Karl Renz experienced his first encounter with death, which led him to the realization that he was not subject to birth or death. Following this realization, he went through years of migraines and painful physical changes until he finally achieved a profound understanding without the guidance of an external mentor. The most significant realization for him was that there was never his or anyone else's life. What truly exists does not live or die. Life, as we perceive it, is in constant flux. The dream and its illusory states are evidently subject to perpetual change, and thus, both the body and the entire world that arise in this dream are also in a state of transformation. Regardless of how it manifests, it has always been, is, and will be what it is in infinite variations, in the eternal realization of the "Real." The unwavering peace of Existence. And he is that.

The Essence of Karl's Teachings

Karl Renz's teachings can be summed up as follows: "Recognize everything as an illusion, especially the one who realizes everything as an illusion." His discussions are characterized by a unique play of words and a sense of humor. Karl Renz is recommended by representatives of the Ramana Maharshi Ashram as a teacher of non-duality. He conducts conversations in many European countries, North and South America, Australia, India, and Israel.
