Kelly Lee Carlson, an American actress and model, was born on February 17, 1976, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She gained her education at the Academy of Holy Angels in Richfield, Minnesota.
Acting and Modeling Career
In addition to her acting career, Kelly also worked as a model, appearing in advertising campaigns for 'Miller Lite', 'Rembrandt', and 'Oliver Peoples sunglasses'. She graced the cover of 'Maxim' magazine in August 2004 and 'Stuff Magazine' in October of the same year.
Acting Career
Kelly Carlson began her acting career in theater, performing various roles in plays such as 'Vanities', 'Cheaters', 'Girls Guide to Chaos', 'Can't Trust the Man', and 'Charlotte's Web'. She made her television debut in 2000, playing the role of Sally in the detective series 'C.S.I. Crime Scene Investigation'. The following year, Kelly landed a small role in the crime action film '3000 Miles to Graceland', starring Kurt Russell and Kevin Costner.
Throughout 2002, she had recurring minor roles in three different TV series: the comedy 'Get Real', the drama 'The Widow's Kiss', and the police procedural 'C.S.I. Miami'. In 2003, Kelly Carlson landed one of the lead roles in the pilot episode of the dramatic series 'Nip/Tuck'. The show revolves around the lives of two talented plastic surgeons who run a private clinic in Miami, helping women maintain their beauty.
