After graduating, Trujillo initially worked in sales before pursuing his acting dreams. In 2016, he relocated to Atlanta, where he honed his craft through workshops and masterclasses at renowned institutions.

Trujillo's first major break came in 2017 with a recurring role in the comedy series "Kevin Hart: What Now?" This led to appearances in several television projects, including "The Flash" and "Swamp Thing."
