Clementine was born in a small provincial town to military and teaching parents. Despite their hard work, they dedicated little time to their daughter, instead enrolling her in numerous after-school activities to keep her occupied. By the age of five, she was attending music and ballet lessons, a mathematics club, and playing on her school's basketball team.

Breakthrough and Initial Success

In 1995, Clementine released the single "Sdelay mne Sex," which became a European hit on the Nokia Eurohit Parade, marking her initial ascent in the music industry. Two years later, she inked a deal with the recording company "Soyuz" and debuted her second album, "Gde-to za moryami," showcasing her songwriting talents. The title track and other singles like "Nebesny piligrim" and "Malenky glyuk" gained significant radio airplay nationwide. "Nebesny piligrim" even ranked among the top ten songs on Russian Radio that year.

Maturation and Genre Evolution

In 2001, Clementine re-released her debut album as "Sdelay mne sex 2001" in Germany, featuring remastered versions of her previous songs and new tracks. In 2003, she embarked on a new album, tentatively titled "Ulichny bit." She sought to differentiate this album from her earlier works, embracing influences from artists like Roxette, Pink, and Madonna. Clementine became her own producer, believing in the transformative power of constant evolution.
