Biography of Kurt Angle
Kurt Steven Angle is an American wrestler, athlete, and showman. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Angle attended college where he began his sports career and won numerous awards in freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. In 1995, he won the World Championship in freestyle wrestling and went on to win a gold medal in the same discipline at the 1996 Olympic Games.
Transition to Wrestling Career
In 1998, Angle left the world of sports and embarked on a career as a wrestler-showman in the World Wrestling Federation (now known as World Wrestling Entertainment). He achieved great success in the field of wrestling and has won numerous awards. Currently, Angle is performing in the TNA wrestling series.
