Lakshmi Menon is an Indian supermodel who gained international recognition for her successful career in the fashion industry. Born in the state of Kerala, India, she later moved with her parents to the state of Karnataka in the south of the country. Growing up in a family with strong military traditions, Lakshmi developed a passion for literature and sociology.

Education and Career

Lakshmi holds a degree in experimental economics and sociology, as well as a bachelor's degree in the arts and a certification in journalism. After working in the administration of her district for several years, she decided to pursue her passion for writing. She started her own website where she published articles about southern India, its traditions, rituals, traditional food, yoga, and tourist attractions. Lakshmi also worked as a freelance writer, contributing articles to various websites and print publications. She gained popularity in India for her children's book, which became a bestseller.

Rise to Fame

Lakshmi's modeling career began relatively late by Western standards, at the age of 25.
