Legolas possesses exceptional archery skills, piercing elven eyesight, and acute hearing. He is impervious to cold and moves gracefully through deep snow without sinking. His physical attributes include height, agility, and a striking face with bright eyes. The color of his hair is not specified, but his father's golden locks in "The Hobbit" suggest a similar inheritance. The Sindarin meaning of his name, "Greenleaf," befits a prince of the woodland realm.
