Leslie Bibb is an American actress and former model. She was born in Dakota and grew up in Virginia. Her father passed away when she was only three years old, leaving Leslie and her three older sisters in the care of their mother. The family later moved to Virginia, where Leslie attended a Catholic girls' school.

In 1990, "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and the "Elite" modeling agency launched a nationwide search for models. Leslie's mother sent in her daughter's photos, and at the age of 16, Leslie won the competition, impressing the judges, including Naomi Campbell and Linda Evangelista.

During her last summer vacation in high school, Leslie went to New York and signed a contract with the "Elite" agency. She spent the entire summer working as a model, even traveling to Japan. Afterward, she returned home to complete her education.

After graduating from high school in 1992, Leslie enrolled at the University of Virginia. However, after just one semester, she dropped out and moved to New York to pursue a full-time modeling career. Soon, her photos graced the pages of magazines such as "Maxim" and "FHM".

Parallel to her modeling work, Leslie also studied at the William Esper Studio for three years. This training came in handy when she landed her first film role in the 1997 comedy "Private Parts". She then made her television debut, replacing Susan Walters in the series "The Big Easy". However, the show was canceled due to low ratings.

She also appeared as Desiree in the film "Tricks of Love", Christine Everhart in "Iron Man" (2008), Emma in "Confessions of a Shopaholic" (2009), and Maya in the recent horror film "Midnight Meat Train".
