Lin Yu Chun was born on March 9, 1986, in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan. He gained popularity after appearing on the Taiwanese talent show 'Super Star Avenue'. The young Lin performed a cover version of Whitney Houston's 'I Will Always Love You', originally sung by Dolly Parton.
