Biography of Love Stories

The exact date of the formation of the group "Love Stories" is impossible to determine. The casting process lasted for three months from February to April 2002. It was announced by the producer Valery Belotserkovsky. Information that Valery Belotserkovsky was looking for girls with "good vocal abilities and angelic looks" for a new group was broadcasted on MTV and several radio stations. Hundreds of girls from all over the country visited the "Megapolis" Production Center. Among the contestants, there were many truly talented girls, and Valery decided to organize a television project with their participation. It was planned that the girls would spend a whole month in a country boarding house, from where live broadcasts and reports on vocal lessons, choreography, and meetings with stars of the stage, famous people from the world of sports, culture, and politics were supposed to take place. The girls were supposed to compete with each other, proving their right to participate in the group. It was planned that several girls with the lowest number of viewer votes would be eliminated each week, and the final would determine the 5 participants of the future group. The idea was very much liked by MTV and Muz-TV, but for a number of reasons, the project was put on hold. Much of what Belotserkovsky planned to do in this project appeared six months later on "Star Factory" on ORT. By the end of April, four girls were selected for the group: Maya, Zhenya, Olya, and Kristina. The first rehearsals took place, and then the recording in the studio began. One month later, the song "School" - the first song of the group "Love Stories" - was played on the air of "Russian Radio". And a week after the premiere on the radio, the filming of the video for this song began. On May 30, at the nightclub "Solaris", the presentation of the video "School" took place. Friends of the producer, including Alsou, Vadim Baikov, and all the musicians from the singer's band, came to congratulate Valery Belotserkovsky and the group "Love Stories" on their successful debut (after all, a few years ago it was Belotserkovsky who created this band and accompanied Alsou on all tours and performances for three years).

The whole summer, "Love Stories" spent in Moscow. Almost every day, dance classes and rehearsals took place, lasting for 4-5 hours. In early September, the filming of the second video for "Love Stories" for the song "Three Nights" took place.

On the eve of the New Year, a new song "New Year" was played on the radio, and after the New Year holidays, the song "There, on the other side of the moon" was released. In January, the group's lineup was changed, and currently, the "Love Stories" consists of three members: Maya, Olga, and Kristina.

The recording of songs for the group's first album continues, with the release scheduled for September 2003. The group performs a lot, participates in various shows, and television shoots.
