Loris Benito is a Swiss football player who currently plays for FC Zürich in the Swiss Super League as a defender and midfielder.
The Encounter with a Mink
On March 10, 2013, during a match between Thun and Zürich at a Swiss stadium, a mink made an unexpected appearance. The mischievous creature amused the crowd, but the players were not amused. The match had to be stopped multiple times, and capturing the tail-wielding intruder proved to be quite challenging.

In the end, the agile Loris took matters into his own hands. He lunged at the animal, managed to grab hold of it, and after a tumble on the grass, ran off to get rid of it. However, as a retaliation, the mink bit Benito's finger. Despite being bitten, Benito did not let go of his "catch" and carried it off the field.
A Second Encounter and Victory
The persistent mink returned to the field, but this time, Guillaume Faivre, armed with gloves, took charge and removed it from the pitch.
