Biography of Luis Tadeu Razia
Early CareerLuis Tadeu Razia began his career in open-wheel racing in 2005, competing in the South American Formula 3 championship. Racing for Dragão Motorsport, Razia finished the season in sixth place with six podium finishes, including two victories. He also participated in the Brazilian Formula Renault 2.0, finishing tenth in the championship.

Champion in South American Formula 3
In 2006, Razia remained in the South American Formula 3 championship and had a remarkable season. He secured eleven podium finishes, including seven wins, and ultimately became the champion, surpassing Mario Moraes and Diego Nunes. Additionally, he competed in three races in the International Formula 3000 Masters series for Charouz Racing, winning all three races and finishing the season in eighth place in the championship. Razia also served as a test driver for the Brazilian team in the 2006-07 A1 Grand Prix season.

European Racing
The following year, Razia ventured to Europe to participate in the Euroseries 3000. He started the season with Fisichella Motor Sport but switched to ELK Motorsport due to Alx Danielsson's departure. Throughout the season, he achieved four podium finishes and ended the season in third place in the Euroseries standings and fourth in the Italian championship, which was held within the main series. Razia also competed in four races in the World Series by Renault, replacing Ricardo Risatti at GD Racing.
GP2 and First Victory
In 2008, Razia continued his European racing career in the Euroseries 3000 with ELK Motorsport, partnering with French driver Nicolas Prost, the son of four-time Formula 1 champion Alain Prost. In the Italian Formula 3000, he once again finished the season in fourth place, earning three podium finishes, including his first victory in Misano. By the end of 2006, Razia had tested a GP2 car for Racing Engineering at the Jerez circuit, and in September 2008, he conducted tests at Paul Ricard in Southern France.
On October 2, 2008, it was confirmed that Razia would compete for Trust Team Arden in the 2008-09 GP2 Asia season. He scored his first points in the night race in Qatar, finishing eighth in the main race and sixth in the sprint race. In the season's final race in Bahrain, Luis claimed his first victory, starting from pole position due to the reverse grid system, as he finished eighth in the previous race.
GP2 Main Series
Razia signed a contract with Fisichella Motor Sport to compete in the GP2 main series in 2009.
