Malachi Pullar-Latchman: A Rising Star from the UK

The Early Years

Malachi Pullar-Latchman was born in 2000 in Enfield, London. Growing up, he pursued sports but lacked enthusiasm for them. However, his energetic and humorous nature led him to a theatre group, where he discovered his calling. Alongside acting, Pullar-Latchman began modeling from age eight and transitioned to film at fourteen.

Film Career

Pullar-Latchman's early career involved short films, a brief appearance in "EastEnders," and a starring role in "Open All Night," which explored the struggles of estranged brothers. In 2022, he gained recognition for his role in the thriller "Jaws: The Meg." He also starred in the action film "You Are Not My Mother," directed by former editor Tommy Boulding, who had met Pullar-Latchman on the set of "Jaws: The Meg." Notably, the actor's canine phobia was put to the test as he interacted with 12 dogs during the film's production.

Personal Life

Pullar-Latchman is an avid sportsman, engaging in football, basketball, and track and field. He is also a skilled breakdancer, rapper, and pianist. His positive attitude, self-confidence, and desire to inspire youth reflect his self-proclaimed identity as a "hustler." The actor is 190 cm (6 ft 3 in) tall.

The Three Musketeers

Pullar-Latchman's latest project is an adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' "The Three Musketeers." He portrays the titular character, d'Artagnan, a young man from Gascony who ventures to Paris in search of adventure and finds loyal companions, love, and an adversary in Cardinal Richelieu (James Cosmo). The film premiered in spring 2023, alongside a French adaptation starring Francois Civil as d'Artagnan.
