Manuel Gulde: German Defender for Freiburg
Manuel Gulde is a German professional footballer who currently plays as a defender for SC Freiburg in the Bundesliga. His footballing journey commenced with SV Neckarau before joining the newly established youth academy of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in 2007 alongside Pascal Groß and Marco Terrazzino.
Rise through Hoffenheim's Ranks
Gulde gradually progressed through Hoffenheim's ranks, joining the club's reserve team. In 2009, he was promoted to the first team, making his Bundesliga debut on January 24, 2010, as a substitute against Bayer Leverkusen. He went on to make a starting appearance in a draw against Borussia Mönchengladbach on February 19, 2010.
Bundesliga Campaign
During the 2009/10 season, Gulde featured in six matches for Hoffenheim, although he failed to find the back of the net. Despite his limited playing time, he made valuable contributions to the team's defense.
