Early Life and Education
Margot Arkhibasova was born on January 9, 1980, in Salavat, Bashkortostan. After graduating from the ninth grade, she enrolled in the Salavat Industrial College as an accountant-lawyer. Later, she moved to Moscow and graduated from the School of Makeup Artists.
Acting Career Begins
In 2002, while working as a makeup artist on the set of the drama "March of the Slavonic Women," Arkhibasova received an offer to play a small role in the film. This opportunity proved to be a turning point in her career.
After a year of preparation, she successfully passed the entrance exams to both VGIK (Russian State Institute of Cinematography) and RATI (Russian Academy of Theatre Arts). She chose RATI and joined the studio of renowned actor Alexander Porokhovshchikov.
Theatre Work
During her studies at RATI, Arkhibasova performed in various productions, including "Don Juan Comes from the War," "To Kill a Mockingbird," "Five Evenings," "Desire Under the Elms," and "Love and Pigeons."
Film and Television Roles
In 2006-2007, Arkhibasova played the role of prostitute Effa in the popular television series "Damned Paradise." She also appeared in supporting roles in the films "Spiderweb," "Bloody Mary," and "Gioconda on Asphalt."
Post-Graduation Career
After graduating from RATI in 2007, Arkhibasova continued her acting career in film and television. In 2010, she starred as Anfisa Romanova in the comedy "Step by Step."
Theatre Engagements
Since 2009, Arkhibasova has been a member of the Pskov Academic Drama Theater named after Alexander Pushkin.
