Early Career

Marte Olsbu Røiseland, a Norwegian biathlete, embarked on her career in the 2012/2013 season, debuting in the Individual race at Östersund. Despite having a single missed shot, she finished 28th and accumulated 13 World Cup points. In the subsequent season, she participated in the World Cup again in Annecy, France, and achieved a 21st-place finish in the Pursuit.

World Championship Glory

Røiseland's breakthrough came in 2016, when she became part of Norway's victorious relay team at the World Championships. Her strong performance secured a gold medal, marking a significant milestone in her career.

Olympic Podium

Røiseland's Olympic debut at the 2018 Winter Games in Korea proved to be a memorable occasion. In the biathlon program's opening event, the Women's Sprint, she claimed the silver medal, her first Olympic podium finish.
