Early Life and Education
Maksym Kozytskyy was born in Ukraine and pursued his education at the Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, where he obtained a Master's degree in Medicine. Additionally, he graduated from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in the field of Management Organizations and the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Ivan Franko Lviv National University, receiving a specialization in Accounting and Auditing.
Medical Career
Kozytskyy began his career as a surgical intern at the Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University. He later became a medical methodologist at the Lviv Regional Health Center and worked at the Main Health Department of the Lviv Regional State Administration from 2007 to 2009.
Business and Energy Sector Involvement
From 2007 to 2010, Kozytskyy served on the Supervisory Board of Ukrenerg گازinvest LLC. Subsequently, he held the position of Deputy General Director of General Affairs at Ukrenerg گازinvest LLC from 2010 to 2014. He also worked as Deputy General Director of Prikarpattya Energy Company LLC from 2014 to 2016.
Political Career
In 2015, Kozytskyy ran for election to the Lviv Regional Council as a candidate of the Samopomich party. In 2019, he was nominated for the position of Chairman of the Lviv Regional State Administration. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Lviv Regional Organization of the Servant of the People party.
Personal Life
Maksym Kozytskyy is married and has two children, a son named Zinoviy and a daughter named Sofia.
